Interviews and assessment days can be just as intimidating for the newly qualified cadet as they are for a seasoned airline pilot.  It's important to be prepared for your assessment and be proficient with your technical and CRM skills. At The Manchester Flight Sim Centre, we can offer the opportunity to practice and receive guidance from professional pilots in order to fully prepare yourself, ready to ace the assessment.

 Half Day Airline Assessment Preparation

Are you a newly qualified pilot post MCC/JOC looking for that advantage in landing that all important first position, or an experienced pilot looking to capitalise on your experience and abilities to get back in the seat?  If so, we can help with our bespoke course designed to get you that job you desire.  

The timings below are intended as a guide, both our half and full day assessment preparation packages are individually tailored to meet your requirements.

Half-Day includes:

30 min Brief.

Minimum 1:30 hr in the Simulator.

1:15 hr Technical and Interview skills brush up.

Includes a complimentary copy of our new 64 page ‘Airline Assessment and Systems Revision Guide’.

Ideal for both Non and Type Rated Pilots

Full Day Airline Assessment Preparation

For the ultimate in preparation.  As per the half day, but with more simulator time and with a greater emphasis on technical & interview skills.

The full day includes:

1 hr brief.

Minimum 3 hrs in the simulator.

1 hr technical brush up.

1 hr interview preparation, 

20 minute interview and feedback if so desired by the customer.

Includes a complimentary copy of our new 64 page ‘Airline Assessment and Systems Revision Guide’.
