My partner bought me this experience for my birthday as I’m terrified of flying and thought that if I knew what was going on then I’d feel more at ease to get in a plane. Our instructor Lee was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions(even the very silly ones) and put all my worries at ease! The whole experience is really fun and getting to chat to him about his experience as a pilot was really interesting. We had such a great time and I can’t wait to go on my next flight and know exactly how everything works without being scared! Thanks again Lee!

Great experience on the a320 sim from start to finish, excellent simulator set up with great visuals to give a really good immersive experience of the real thing.

The instructor on the day Cathal was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable of the a320 aircraft and adapted to my level of experience really well.

Definitely a must try if youre an aviation enthusiast or wanting/working on becoming a pilot. Looking forward to visiting again!

Had an hour with Adrian in the 737. It was excellent. Well structured and learnt lots. Adrian really patient and felt it was really tailored to me. Really enjoyable experience overall. Will be back for a go on A320.

Given plenty of pre flight information and location was easy to find. Prompt start and before we knew it my 16yo son had us flying over Mt Fuji, landing and taking off from LAX, Gatwick and Tokyo. Tom our trainer was fantastic and extremly knowledgeable. Would recommend as a stand alone one off present or even for people wanting to pursue a career or hobby in flying.

Brought my 12 year old son and his friend for his birthday and they had a fantastic time. Adrian was very knowledgeable and took time with the boys to explain the controls and give them a personal experience. Would recommend, even with one of the boys having a broken arm!

Aleksander visited Manchester Flight Sim centre in February 2025 to celebrate his 12th birthday.

He is a keen flying enthusiast and his 2 hour session in the Airbus A320 gave him the opportunity to fully appraciate how magnificent the aircraft is.

We must have made a big impression on him as he bought, out of his pocket money savings, a Thrustmaster Airbus edition Joystick to use with his home sim setup.

Amazing experience for my son who received it as a present. He is absolutely obsessed with planes and wants to be a pilot. Adrian was amazing and had him flying and landing in a number of differant locations. My sons already saving so go back

Bought the 90-minute flight sim for the Boeing 737 for my 12 year old son. He absolutely loved his experience. Adrian guided my son through the instructions calmly and clearly. We were both very impressed by how much he got to do within the time frame.

Fantastic Experience. The instructor Adam had amazing knowledge & was able to adapt the experience based on my sons flying experience using Microsoft flight simulator. This meant a better more catered individual experience to enable my son to have a really great hour long session, that was ideal for him. Thanks Adam!

Absolutely amazing. First time sat in a cockpit myself. The instructor was very helpful and explained everything. I went with the 737 and it felt super real. Managed to fly takeoff from LaGuardia and land at JFK, takeoff from Man and land at Liverpool, landed at Innsbruck VFR and low visibility following instruments, did kai-tak too. All in an hour! Amazing, definitely recommend this one. Can’t rate this any better!

Had a really great experience at the Manchester Flight Sim Centre. I did a 60min session on the 737 and then a taster session on the Airbus 320. Adrian was a great instructor with amazing knowledge of the planes and how to fly them. It was my first time in a simulator so he covered the basics but also kept on adding more and more during the session. It was a lot to take in but a really great experience and I'm looking forward to coming back to improve my skills. The next session is already booked! Thanks Adrian and the team :)

I did a 90 minute flight simulator experience in the Boeing 737. It was incredible, very realistic and with excellent, friendly tuition and guidance from the Manchester Flight Sim Centre staff. I can recommend to anyone who is interested in aviation and also if you are looking to find someone a wonderful gift experience.
