Terms and Conditions

a. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value.

b. Gift vouchers are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash. A voucher can be extended for 60 days for an additional £25

c. Appointment cancelations and rescheduling.

i. No cancellations within 7 days of appointment.

ii.  Requested date and/or time changes within 2-7 days will incur a charge of 50% of the original purchase price.

iii. Bookings may not be cancelled or amended within 48 hours of the confirmed booking time. Cancellations or non-arrivals will incur a no-show fee of 100% of the booking value.

d. Prices shown on other advertising media may differ from prices on the website.

e. Up to 3  additional guests can be accommodated in the simulator room for a charge of £19 each.

f. In the event of a late arrival, the length of the simulator session may have to be reduced. No refund can be made for the time lost.

g. In the event of a technical malfunction or other event that significantly degrades the quality of the simulation then we will offer to rebook for another time. In any case, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the original booking.

h. All participants must:

i. Be a minimum age of 16 years old and at least 168cm tall. For insurance reasons, no children are allowed in or on the premises, no exceptions. If you bring under 16 age children with you, you will be asked to re-book.

ii. Be in good health and free from heart, back or neck problems.

iii. Be aware that motion sickness or other conditions could be aggravated by the simulator.

iv. Be dressed appropriately in comfortable clothing and flat shoes;

v. Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

i. We shall not be held liable for any accident, loss or theft from the car park.

j. No pets are allowed in or on the premises, no exceptions.

k. By making any bookings with us, you hereby agree to abide by the rules, regulations and terms as previously stated. 

 IMPORTANT: Our simulators are are complex machines used for training by real world airline pilots, as such they are not suitable for persons with low attention span or learning difficulties, however we do offer a 15 minute experience should you still want to book.
