Terms and Conditions

Arriving on time: 

Our Instructors and Flight Sessions do get booked up in advanced and it is likely that there will be a flight before and after your time in the simulator, so please arrive no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled flight.
There is a Coffee Lounge on site where you will check-in and be ready for take-off. 

In the event of a late arrival, the length of the simulator session may have to be reduced. No refund can be made for the time lost.

Please always make sure to inform us of any late attendance as soon as you are able to, so we can let the Instructors know and they can plan a shorter route for your session, without any further delays.
 

If you arrive after your Flight, 100% of the fee is chargeable, no refunds or reschedule will be honored as we arrange our Instructors and Pilots at time of booking.
 

Cancellations/ Refunds Policy:
 

All of our Pilots, Captains and instructors are arranged specifically for your flight sim experience at the point of sale. This means that your booking with us is guaranteed once you have received confirmation.
Therefore, should a cancellation be required by you, you should expect to be charged a 50% fee of the original booking.
If your cancellation falls within 7 working days of your flight sim experience, 100% of the original booking fee will be chargeable.
 

For Rescheduled Bookings,  expect to pay a £10.00 administration charge. 

Rescheduled Bookings are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
 

Refund Request for cancelled bookings;
At your earliest convenience, an email must be sent to  bookings@manchesterflightsim.comwith instruction from the original payee to request a cancellation. Please note: For data protection purposes, we can only issue refunds to the original payment method.
If your experience is outside of our 7 day notice period,  50% of the original booking value will be refunded within 28 days depending on who you bank with.
Once a refund has been issued, we cannot chase this up with your bank for you.
 

Re scheduled Flights:
Please contact us via email at bookings@manchesterflightsim.comwith your full name and bookings details, the new date and times preferred for the re schedule. 

An invoice will then be sent to you for the £10.00 administration fee. 

Once this has been paid, a reschedule will then be made by our bookings team.
  

Our offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash. A voucher can be extended for 60 days for an additional fee of £25.00

Additional passengers can be accommodated in the simulator room which varies depending on which Simulator you choose to fly. 

Boeing 737 - 1 Passenger 

Airbus A320 - 2 Passengers 

Rockwell Commander- 2 Passengers

In the event of a technical malfunction or other event that significantly degrades the quality of the simulation then we will offer to rebook for another time. 

In any case, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the original booking.

All participants must:

i. Be a minimum age of 12 years old and at least 168cm tall. For insurance reasons, no children are allowed in or on the premises, no exceptions. If you bring children younger than 12 years with you, you will be asked to re-book.

ii. Be in good health and free from heart, back or neck problems.

iii. Be aware that motion sickness or other conditions could be aggravated by the simulator.

iv. Be dressed appropriately in comfortable clothing and flat shoes;

v. Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

vi. Parents must be in control of their children at all times to avoid injury or damage to the simulators.

We shall not be held liable for any accident, loss or theft from the car park.

No pets are allowed in or on the premises, no exceptions.

By making any booking with us, you hereby agree to abide by the rules, regulations and terms as previously stated. 

IMPORTANT: Our simulators are complex machines used for training by real world airline pilots, as such they are not suitable for persons with low attention span or learning difficulties, however we do offer a 30 minute taster experience should you still want to book.
