The Pilot Project is a monthly cadet training program designed to inspire and develop young aviation enthusiasts through hands-on experience in a professional-grade Airbus A320 simulator.
More than just flight time, this club builds essential real-world skills – including teamwork, leadership, communication, and decision-making – in a fun, structured environment.
Our mission is to make aviation accessible to young people, introduce them in an engaging, practical way, and nurture the next generation of Pilots and aviation professionals.
